Billy Burke is one of the many talents attending the fifth edition of the Filming Italy Sardegna Festival which will be held at Forte Village in Cagliari, Italy from June 9 to 12, 2022.
The event combines Cinema and Television for the first time with screenings, meetings and presentations of films and TV series, involving the most important distributions and productions of the small and big screen together with the giants of VOD and TV entertainment. “Especially in recent years, [the festival] has become a point of reference for the promotion of audiovisual products and for so many young students who have approached full of hope and curiosity to the world of the seventh art. . . . Filming Italy has never stopped its run, from Los Angeles to Sardinia, becoming a point of reference even during the Venice Film Festival,” said Tiziana Rocca, General Director, during the Cannes press conference held in May.
Billy will be there with director Steven Chester Prince as this year’s Variety Choice Award goes to Divine Access. They are attending the opening ceremony on Thursday while the movie will be screened on Sunday.
